Job Description
Mistral AI is seeking a SOC (Security Operations Center) Team Lead to manage vulnerability management, incident response, and security tooling. The role involves defining processes, collaborating with various teams, and continuously improving detection quality and response time. This is a hybrid position based in Paris, France.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading SOC/CSIRT functions
- Hands-on experience with SIEM (e.g., Elastic Security, Sekoia, Splunk)
- Strong experience in vulnerability management (e.g., DefectDojo, Dependency-Track)
- Solid grasp of cyber kill chain, detection engineering, and log source coverage
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Building mindset and automation-oriented
