We are seeking a Solution Operations Manager to join our APAC Solutions team in Singapore. This is a high-impact, hands-on position at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for localising global processes, tools, and frameworks for the Singapore and APAC context, and ensuring that every process, tool, and framework developed at HQ is meaningfully adapted to the Singapore and APAC context.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, revenue operations, staffing/resource management, or chief of staff roles
- Proven track record in optimising processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities in a fast-scaling organisation
- Experience working in or with Singapore's enterprise and/or government market, understanding of local business culture, procurement norms, and stakeholder engagement styles
