The Automation Team Lead is responsible for managing a team that works on AI-focused project work, systems analysis, and consultation. The role involves leading a team, administering basic and advanced system features, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Review and maintain KPI dashboards and reports
- Run daily team huddles
- Lead and support related projects including data analysis, automation solutions, machine learning integrations, and AI tool deployments
- Develop and update knowledgebase for main Microsoft delivery platforms
- Evaluate business processes and systems to identify areas for AI enhancement or efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, document, and present workflows, data models, and system architectures
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for AI platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Stay current on AI trends and recommend innovative solutions that align with client needs
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
- Administration of client portal (CloudRadial) including research, development, and integration of features across all facets of the business
- Lead and support internal and client reporting needs, with a focus on BrightGauge and PowerBI
- Evaluate tools and process to improve all facets of service delivery and efficiency
- Monitor and triage escalations. Assign to appropriate resource(s) as necessary.
