Engineering Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and impact-driven Engineering Operations Manager to help scale and optimize how our engineering teams plan, execute, and deliver.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Project Management or related field
• 6+ years of experience in a combination of delivery management, program management, engineering operations or software development with at least 3 of those years in delivery management, program management, or engineering operations
• Experience supporting multi-team engineering organizations and coordinating complex initiatives
• Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements or operational frameworks in technology teams
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models and modern software development practices
• Excellent organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
