5 Drafters (RHB - NA)

MiTek is a global provider of building solutions for the residential and commercial construction industries. We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our team in Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam. As an Architectural Drafter, you will be responsible for drafting and detailing activities that support our global customers operating in the construction industry through the timely and accurate delivery of CAD outputs.

Requirements

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to gather required information
• Read and interpret architectural specifications and associated documents to gather required information
• Provide computer aided design (CAD) drawings using the specified software program
• Review drawings and documents for errors or deficiencies and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of valuable company information
• Participate in customer meetings to receive feedback on projects
• Modify files to adopt customer change requests
• Ensure completed work complies with customer instructions and specifications
• Participate in company continuous improvement projects or activities
• Develop your English skills
• University or College degree
• English level (CEFR) A1 or equivalent
• Construction plan reading
• Construction method knowledge
• CAD software skills (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit)
• Good customer service
