Software Engineer II

The Software Engineer II role involves participating in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets customer expectations and grows the staff. Responsibilities include applying software engineering best practices, monitoring and improving development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• University or College degree, preferably major in Computer Science or Engineering
• 2 plus years experience within software or related industry with a cursory knowledge of global development practices and procedures
• English level (CEFR) B1+ or equivalent
• Solid knowledge and experience in software development utilizing technologies such as C#,.NET Framework, SQL Database, C, C++, and other development tools and languages as required
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or other equivalent IDE
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
• Ability to support team members through on-the-job training or being trained
• Ability to resolve problems and conflicts positively
• Ability to create a supportive, inclusive environment within the team
• Ability to promote and support continuous improvement culture
