Job Description
Mitel is seeking a Technical Integration Consultant to help businesses connect, collaborate, and provide better experiences for our customers. The consultant will lead custom solution integration projects, design and deploy custom contact center integration solutions, and implement custom professional services tools.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years custom solution developed software experience
- 2+ Years contact center solutions exposure
- 2+ years custom reporting experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate and communicate business processes to applicable requirement types
- Expert knowledge in programming languages, system utilities, database structures and architecture for MS SQL
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects of a moderate to complex level
- Good customer service skills; good communication skills; and a solid work ethic
