Professional Service Consultant II

The Professional Services Consultant participates in client implementation project activities, including requirements analysis and definition, configuration of software, conference room pilots, testing, and go-live support. They also provide day-to-day operation support for Mitratech's SaaS products, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues
• Maintain detailed call and email records
• Prioritize and resolve issues based on service level agreements and severities
• Responsible for meeting customer satisfaction goals monthly
