Senior Product Designer

Mitratech is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the full design lifecycle across legacy and modern products, guiding work from discovery to high-fidelity delivery and adoption. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally in enterprise, SaaS, or B2B environments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally in enterprise, SaaS, or B2B environments.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and end-to-end design thinking skills.
• Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Background in enterprise application design, including complex system workflows.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer, etc.).
• Proficient with AI tools for design & research (UX Pilot, FigmaMake, Bolt or Lovable, Notebook LM, GPTs etc).
• Experience working with, consuming, or building design systems, including principles, components, patterns, and accessibility.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX processes and methodologies for web-based applications.
• Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic understanding of technologies like React or Angular.
• Ability to work effectively with Agile teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
