Job Description
Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of AI-driven capabilities within their enterprise platform. The successful candidate will help define how intelligent features are envisioned, built, and adopted to create smarter, more adaptive workflows for clients.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ in enterprise software for corporate legal or law firms
- Proven success working with complex, legacy applications and complimenting them with modern capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to design products that can adapt to client-specific requirements
- Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A metrics-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
