Job Description
The Mitsis Hotels group is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, organization, and implementation of employee training and development programs. The successful candidate will analyze training needs, develop and implement training programs, and coordinate with internal and external trainers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Tourism Studies, or related field
- 2-4 years of work experience in a Learning & Development, HR Training, or Talent Development role, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written) and MS Office (digital platforms, Microsoft 365 applications, research)
