The Mitsis Group is seeking a Receptionist B to provide services in the reception area according to the Group's standards, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and serve the hotel's guests in collaboration with the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Manages arrivals and departures of guests and records/invoices the corresponding information.
- Serves guests and manages requests, needs, or issues they may have.
- Manages the telephone center.
- Manages electronic correspondence.
- Informs and is informed through the Heads of Departments and the Maintenance Manager about any problems with guest rooms.
- Follows the instructions of the duty supervisors.
- Advises and guides guests on any information they may need about the island, the hotel, and the services provided.
