Job Description
Mitsogo is seeking a highly skilled Presales Implementation Engineer with experience in Cybersecurity domain, MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools to work with customers, translate their requirements into technical solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of security solutions.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the Cybersecurity domain
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching
- Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune
- Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM
- Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos
