Job Description
MHI RJ Aviation Group is hiring licensed A&P Technician Graduates to perform heavy maintenance on regional jet airframes. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections, as well as general mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs. The role requires full-time presence at a Tucson, Arizona or Bridgeport, WV facility with on-site collaboration essential to role success.
Requirements
- Current AMT student at a Part 147 Aviation School
- Graduated or will graduate in 2026
- Licensed A&P Technician
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
