Job Description
MHIRJ is seeking an Aerospace Technical Help Desk Specialist to join their growing team, focusing on Avionic Systems. This role involves coordinating technical investigations, conducting troubleshooting, and responding to airline inquiries, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of CRJ aircraft. It’s a crucial part of the CRC, directly supporting airlines with technical assistance and resolving issues quickly.
Requirements
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license from Transport Canada or FAA-certified A&P license
- Minimum 5 years of experience with an airline or MRO organization working on CRJ products
- Team player with initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and sound technical and business judgment
- Willingness to travel on short notice
