AI Program Manager

AI Program Manager responsible for championing AI adoption, developing the company's AI adoption strategy, and leading the development of early use cases. The role will involve building an AI roadmap, governance model, and delivery frameworks while ensuring AI solutions are secure, responsible, and business-aligned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems required; MBA or MS in Analytics/AI strongly preferred.
• 7–12+ years in product management, technical program management, business analysis, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise technology initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of strong business leadership with applied AI and data literacy to partner effectively with IT and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Azure AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
