Job Description
Director of Operational Excellence will drive enterprise-wide performance improvement by leading large-scale transformation programs and deploying Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or Organizational Development
- 7â12+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence roles
- Lean certification (Lean Practitioner or higher) desired
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required
