The Global Sourcing Senior Manager is responsible for executing the sourcing and delivery of goods and services sold by Mitsubishi Power to ensure on-time delivery, contractual quality and performance compliance, and achievement of business profitability objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering or Business required.
- 10+ years of Supply Chain Management experience, including sourcing and supplier management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (1+ year) building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic mindset and organizational agility, with the ability to operate effectively across matrixed organizations.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Deep expertise with SAP / Ariba and strong working knowledge of SAP.
- Strong technical experience with combustion turbines, steam turbines, generators, auxiliary equipment, and balance-of-plant (BOP) systems.
- Proven success in cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
