The Construction Quality Manager is responsible for leading construction quality assurance and control activities across all power generation project sites, ensuring compliance with Mitsubishi standards, industry codes, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- 7–10 years of progressive QA/QC experience within power generation, EPC, industrial construction, or oil & gas environments
- Ability to analyze technical documentation, interpret engineering drawings and codes, and develop clear reports and procedures for diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Knowledge of database, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, supporting a proactive safety culture
- Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local construction codes and standards, including ASME, NEC, API, AWS, NERC, and internal quality requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
