Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, or related field
• 7 years of progressive and relevant experience in Human Resources in a similar role
• Ease in transformational environments characterized by multiple priorities and high ambiguity
• Structured approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement supported by HR data and performance indicators
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
