Job Description
The Product Design Engineer – Controls plays a pivotal role in shaping next-generation solutions for aftermarket gas turbine systems, leading feasibility studies, and ensuring verification and validation to enable deployment across our fleet of turbine frames.
Requirements
- MS (preferred) or BS in Computer Science, Controls, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or eight years of directly related experience
- Minimum five years of experience in controls design for industrial power plants or gas turbines
- Ability to interpret technical documents, prepare reports, and present information effectively to varied audiences
- Strong mathematical competency and ability to make technical judgments based on specifications and requirements
- Advanced computer skills including engineering graphics tools (e.g., Visio), Math Lab, and the Microsoft Office Suite
