Senior Payroll Technology and Governance Analyst - Customer Success

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) is seeking a Senior Payroll Technology and Governance Analyst to support payroll tax compliance, payroll system governance, and operational integrity across MHIA and its affiliates. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of payroll experience with strong exposure to payroll systems and payroll tax processes.

Requirements

• Support payroll tax compliance and payroll system governance
• Validate payroll results generated by the payroll system and vendor
• Independently perform manual payroll and payroll tax calculations
• Work closely with MHIA HRIS and UKG HRIS
• Support payroll tax activities, including validation of payroll tax calculations, tax reconciliations, and compliance requirements
