Technical Field Advisor II, Commissioning

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Commissioning Engineer – Technical Field Advisor II to support the commissioning of Mitsubishi gas and steam turbines. The role requires foundational power generation experience and involves mechanical commissioning, testing, inspections, and system flushing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in power generation construction, commissioning, or industrial operations
• Knowledge of power systems, energy conversion, and heat engine design
• English fluency required; Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills for evaluating machine and data related issues
• Proficiency with office software packages and analytical tools
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting 25–50 pounds
• Ability to work in loud environments, at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather as required
