Program Manager - Operations, Karnataka

Mitti Labs is a climate-tech startup dedicated to transforming the rice industry. As a Program Manager - Operations, you will lead the execution of carbon process-related and input sales related tasks in Karnataka, managing a field force of around 100 and ensuring partners meet their targets and execution happens seamlessly.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in agri-project management, field extension management, input distribution/sales
• Category experience in Paddy farming is strongly preferred
• Strong educational background in Agribusiness management, Field Extension management, operations / supply chain strategy type roles
