- Deep expertise in backend development with the versatility to work across the stack.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and familiarity with MongoDB and AWS-based architectures.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams, balancing product and technical decisions.
- A track record of pragmatic, high-impact technical calls and influencing outcomes across teams.
- Experience mentoring and levelling up other engineers.
- Excellent communication skills - you can simplify complex systems and align people around ideas.
