We are growing like mad and are looking to hire a talented Lead Game Designer to join our 100% remote team. The role involves creating an inspiring game vision, developing prototypes, and iterating on designs based on playtesting and community feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working as a designer with medium-large teams in the video game industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using MS Office, JIRA, Notion, and other design tools
