Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Customer Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team at Mixpanel. As a key advisor to our VP of Global Customer Success, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer data, designing systems to drive retention and growth, and building AI-powered tooling to scale the post-sales motion.
Requirements
- 5+ years operating in Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, CS Operations, or Business Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Direct experience supporting a Customer Success or Post-Sales organization
- Hands-on with a CS platform
- Strong technical and analytical instincts
- Enterprise product experience
- Structured thinking and commercial judgment
- Exceptional communication
- Genuine, daily AI fluency
