We're looking for a Senior Customer Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team at Mixpanel. As a key advisor to our VP of Global Customer Success, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer data, designing systems to drive retention and growth, and building AI-powered tooling to scale the post-sales motion.
