Job Description
This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the tennis Pro Shop on Saturday - Sunday 8:00 AM -2:00 PM, and night events as needed.
Requirements
- Answering the phone
- Selling merchandise for the pro shop
- Communicating with members about upcoming events
- Creating promotional flyers, posters and signup sheets and confirming attendance
- Enthusiastically promoting tennis events and other tennis activities
- Ex Phone calls, Emails and follow up calls
- Participating in special events
- Preparing spread sheets for the contact information on all teams and tennis members
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Setting up the ball machine
- Completing other duties as assigned by the Director of Tennis
