Job Description
The Maintenance Technician performs work involving the maintenance and repair of the building structure for general up-keep. Duties may involve installation, carpentry, mechanical, repair of buildings, installing, aligning, and balancing equipment and/or office furniture. The role requires flexibility to be on call 24/7 for emergency situations and ability to work safely according to OSHA safety regulations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some directly related experience
- Basic knowledge of blueprints and mathematics
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Basic working knowledge of machine tools, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, hand tools, troubleshooting
