Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to transform how Mizuho's Equity Sales & Research Departments manage and leverage data, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of CRM systems and business processes to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for automation and data processing.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques for data cleansing, predictive analytics, and NLP.
- Experience with data science workflows, including ETL, modeling, and visualization.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Prism) and integration with third-party platforms.
- Data governance, stewardship, and quality assurance expertise.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Work closely with research, sales, and IT teams to align data strategy with business goals.
