Job Description
Mizuho’s Banking Division provides corporate and investment banking coverage, sponsor coverage, advisory and solutions and loan capital markets/syndicate to Mizuho’s client base of leading international corporations, financial institutions and public sector entities in the US and Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious and detail-oriented individual to join our Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets group as an Analyst on team that covers a variety of sectors including Technology, Communications, Media and Industrials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Sound understanding of investment-grade debt instruments, structures, and capital market dynamics
- Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment under demanding conditions
