Join Mizuho as an Observability Engineering Lead to design and implement observability and monitoring related capabilities. Provide expert knowledge on observability approaches and standards to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of related experience as an Observability Engineer or similar role in Infrastructure Engineering, Operations or SRE environments
- Observability implementation or migration project experience
- Experience with popular observability tools and platforms
- Experience with popular observability protocols, formats, and standards
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation approaches
- Strong architectural skills and ability to design scalable, reusable solutions
- Proactive and detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to use a data-driven approach
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
