Mizzen+Main is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the retail team and drive store performance, deliver customer experience, and cultivate a positive store culture.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience; prior leadership or assistant management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence a team.
- Proficient in using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
