Associate Production Manager

Mizzen+Main is seeking an Associate Production Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in apparel production or manufacturing, with a strong background in negotiation, financial impact, and production execution. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in apparel production or manufacturing
• High proficiency in Excel
• Ability to build high-trust relationships with external vendors
• Thorough understanding of the product lifecycle and apparel manufacturing
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
