Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property maintenance or a similar hands-on role.
- Proficient in most of the following: Plumbing (unclogging drains, repairing faucets, toilets), Electrical (replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, troubleshooting), Appliance Repair, HVAC Systems: EPA Certification is highly preferred and often required.
- Carpentry, Drywall, and Painting
