Director, Outcomes and Strategy

Join MJH Life Sciences as a Director, Outcomes and Strategy, where you will contribute to the development and application of quantitative and qualitative approaches to assess educational impact. The role involves analyzing outcomes data, learner feedback, and qualitative insights to identify trends, practice gaps, and emerging needs. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to translate findings into clear narratives and inform educational design and future programming considerations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, MPH, or equivalent)
• Board certification in subspecialty preferred
• Experience in outcomes research, educational research, health services research, or related fields
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational design
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Comfort working in evolving environments with changing priorities
