Executive Director, Market Access

At MJH Life Sciences, we're seeking an Executive Director, Market Access to build and scale a best-in-class team focused on helping life sciences companies navigate the evolving market access landscape.

Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare marketing or consulting, with at least 5 years focused on market access
• Proven success building or significantly scaling an agency, consultancy, or business unit
• Deep knowledge of US payer and reimbursement landscape; comfort working across therapeutic areas
• Strong client leadership and team-building experience
• Excellent communication and strategic storytelling skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisive moves
