Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive execution across multiple digital, print, video, live, and custom programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong organization, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to proactively anticipate risks while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4–5+ years of project management or similar experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and medical/legal/regulatory review processes (preferred)
• Workfront or similar project management software experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and Zoom/Microsoft Teams
• Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot)
