We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. The role involves supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts, sourcing candidates, and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate qualification conversations
- Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, streamline scheduling, improve candidate communications, and enhance the overall efficiency of recruiting operations
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and on-site interviews
- Prepare and distribute interview confirmations, agendas, and panel materials
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
- Prepare recruiting reports, metrics, and tracking documents
- Represent MJH Life Sciences at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and coordination processes
