Job Description
The Member Experience Analyst will assist clients with various projects, involving data analysis and reporting. The role requires experience in data visualization, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business decisions with data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or business-related field
- Experience with large volumes of unstructured & structured data
- Experience building PowerPoint decks to convey analytical results
- Ability to put structure around ambiguous business problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems independently
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to independently learn new technology
