Buyer

Buyer at MKS Instruments, partnering with Engineering, Planning, Quality, Suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to execute procurement activities, place and manage purchase orders, and ensure continuity of supply in support of production and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of job-related work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
• Experience placing and managing purchase orders in an ERP environment
• Ability to analyze demand, lead times, and supplier constraints to support supply continuity
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for tracking and reporting
