The Technical Director of Quality plays a critical role in developing and driving the strategy for quality excellence and operational performance. This leadership position requires a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or applicable technical degree
- 12+ years of total applicable experience, including quality engineering and related disciplines
- Understanding of advanced Electronic systems and competency of the functionality/purpose of electronic components
- Effective and thorough knowledge of quality improvement tools, including Design quality tools, Statistical decision-making methods, Problem solving tools, Knowledgeable of ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001
- Strong analytical and technical abilities, Experience with data analytics and ideally, the use of AI to analyze Issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and management and a change agent approach with strong functional team building abilities
