Job Description
As Senior Director Controlling EMEA, you will lead daily accounting operations, oversee fiscal close and audit cycles, and guide a large, diverse, and international team across three divisions and multiple countries. You will shape and execute our Finance Transformation roadmap, implementing our target operating model while standardizing, harmonizing, and automating processes across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
- European and US GAAP CPA qualifications
- Big 4 Public Accounting experience preferred
- 10+ years public and industry experience as Controller or Deputy Controller in a publicly traded, scaled organization
- 15+ years total experience
- Manufacturing industry experience a plus
- Deep, current expertise in European GAAP and US GAAP
- Strong systems acumen with a track record of implementing process improvements
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and business judgment
- Proven leadership experience: hiring, developing, and motivating teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global matrix environment with high accuracy expectations
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, learning agility, and strong executive presence
