As a Principal Engineer for our Customer Experience (CX) Domain, you will further build out the strategy of our GenAI offerings across the customer lifecycle, including agentic AI and conversational AI solutions for marketing, sales, and customer support.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in tech or consultancy with a proven track record of delivering large and complex software/data projects
- A deep passion and knowledge of GenAI, conversational AI, and/or agentic systems, with a clear interest in customer-facing use cases such as marketing, sales, and customer support
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, enterprise technology landscapes, and the organizational realities of implementing CX solutions at scale
- A strategic mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business value, effectively communicating with both technical teams and C-level executives
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to ensure resolution in critical situations
- A proactive and self-starting leader who thrives on taking full ownership of projects, teams, and domains
- Strong communication skills in English and one local language (e.g., Dutch or German)
