Production Scheduler

The Production Scheduler develops, manages, and optimizes Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Work in Progress Schedules (WPS) within a manufacturing environment. They work cross-functionally with various teams to maintain schedule accuracy, support SAP process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong ERP experience, preferably within SAP (PP Module preferred)
• Experience working within an AS9100 quality environment
• Strong understanding of MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Forecasting principles
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including SAP and Google Workspace
• Understanding of SAP integration impacts across multiple modules
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and accountable with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Strong business math and reporting capabilities
• Bilingualism (English/French)
