Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join our client's core Platform team, designing and operating complex systems, managing Web3 infrastructure, and collaborating with product and platform engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and building distributed backend systems
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns
- Professional experience with Python 3
- Proven experience with containerized systems (Docker & Kubernetes), databases (Postgres/SQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra), and cloud environments (AWS)
- Experience with observability tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Clear, proactive communication skills suited for a distributed, async-first team and a strong ownership mindset
