Manager, Accounting

MLB Network seeks a Manager, Accounting to manage and provide leadership for the Accounting Department.

Requirements

• Assist in the oversight of the Company's accounting initiatives and enforce integrity of accounting procedures.
• Maintain financial records through the Company's accounting system, including general ledger tasks and fixed assets.
• Provide leadership and manage the daily activities of the Company's staff accountant.
• Review and approve financial reports and transactions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial closes.
• Monitor tax compliance and payments.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
