Director, English Learner Programming '26-27

The Director, English Learner Programming will oversee the K-5 ESL program, setting goals and benchmarks for student learning outcomes, developing and procuring ESL curriculum, and supervising ESL teachers. Responsibilities include facilitating ESL department meetings, collaborating with the Academic Leadership Team, and coaching teachers to identify appropriate instructional practices and supports for ELs.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a related field of study
• DESE Licensure in ESL, ELL, or TBE, and SEI Endorsement
• DESE Licensure as Supervisor/Director (Non-Core)
• 3 or more years of ESL teaching and supervisory experience
