Immediate Opportunity: Senior Quantity Surveyor. We're looking for a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join a respected employer in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and draft procurement reports
- Deliver detailed cost planning and present final estimates to clients
- Lead tendering and procurement processes, including managing pre-qualification
- Monitor and control post-contract cost variances and change processes
- Perform accurate cost checks and valuations throughout large-scale projects
- Prepare and present monthly post-contract cost reports
- Contribute to value engineering and final account negotiations
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants across all project stages
