Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support and guide our development teams in adopting and effectively applying Agile principles and Scrum practices. You will act as a servant-leader, helping teams improve collaboration, remove obstacles, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities;
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level for effective communication in an international environment.
